there was an article about this a few days ago - it think the person created it using marketing materials that the obama campaign provides - i think it was also created due to obama flipping his stance on telecommunities and it was a commentary on that

Yeah, it's in response to Obama's flip flop on the FISA "compromise" bill. (That's why I put the comment about FISA in the post, it was directed at Obama, really. =) I'm one of the people that is rather annoyed by his change in stance on this, and think that even the "compromise" bill is broken. Hilary has regained a bit of respect from me by voting against it.
